Shipping is free to all served destinations.
Syne Sine ships all orders worldwide via Colissimo and Chronopost.
Please note that delivery times may vary if the recipient's address is located far from a major city, in accordance with Colissimo and Chronopost's own delivery policies.
If the customer requires expedited delivery, they may contact the brand before placing their order to request an express delivery option. The customer will be responsible for paying the price difference between the standard and expedited delivery services. Exchange and Return policy
Syne Sine offers exchanges or returns within 14 days of receipt, under the same hygiene condition as above (hygiene seal and bikini intact). To request an exchange/return, contact contact@synesine.com
Once a return is received and inspected (hygiene seal and product intact), refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
