1. Company Information
Syne Sine is operated by Ines Bessahraoui, a sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIRET 94318965400016. VAT: Not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption for micro-entrepreneurs).

2. Products
Syne Sine sells swimwear (bikinis) as described on the product pages. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), tax included (TTC). Product photos aim to reflect items as accurately as possible; minor color variations may occur due to screen display settings.

3. Ordering Process
Orders are placed by adding items to the cart and completing checkout. A confirmation email is sent upon successful payment. Syne Sine reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability or payment issue, with full refund to the customer.

4. Payment
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Syne Sine does not store any payment card information.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free to all served destinations. Syne Sine ships all orders via Colissimo and Chronopost.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland France and Corsica : 2–3 business days for order preparation + 2 business days for delivery = 4 to 5 business days total

European Union, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: 2–3 business days for order preparation + 3–5 business days for delivery = 5 to 8 business days total

Eastern Europe (outside the EU) and North Africa (Maghreb): 2–3 business days for order preparation + 4 business days for delivery = 6 to 7 business days total

USA, Asia, Middle East, Africa (outside the Maghreb), South America, Canada, Oceania, and all other destinations: 2–3 business days for order preparation + 2–3 business days for delivery = 4 to 6 business days total

Please note that delivery times may vary if the recipient's address is located far from a major city, in accordance with Colissimo and Chronopost's own delivery policies. Also, any unforeseen customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

If the customer requires expedited delivery, they may contact the brand before placing their order to request an express delivery option. The customer will be responsible for paying the price difference between the standard and expedited delivery services. The customer may contact the brand via Instagram direct messages, the contact form available on the « Information » page in the menu, or by email at contact@synesine.com

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, by contacting contact@synesine.com

For hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 (5°) of the French Consumer Code, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene liner/seal remains intact and unremoved. Once removed, the product can no longer be returned or exchanged.

7. Exchanges
As a courtesy beyond the legal minimum, Syne Sine also offers exchanges (e.g., for a different size) within 14 days of receipt, under the same hygiene condition as above (seal intact). To request an exchange, contact contact@synesine.com

8. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected (hygiene seal and product intact), refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

9. Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity under French law (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

10. Complaints & Mediation
For any complaint, customers should first contact contact@synesine.com . If no satisfactory resolution is reached, customers may refer the matter free of charge to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
